GovFilingDirect supplies a private preparation workspace. We are not the Department of Justice and do not provide legal representation. You can use the government’s process directly without buying our service. Service assessment approval means your responses meet our standard-service criteria.

Your plan and responsibilities

The current self-guided plan is $197.00, paid once. The AI-assisted plan is $399.00, paid once. Existing customers receive credit for their original preparation payment when upgrading. Review the features and any connection limitations displayed before payment. Government fees and third-party record charges are separate.

You are responsible for accurate and complete information, official submissions, checking current government instructions and deadlines, and responding to the government. Do not share your password or government access codes. Only upload records you are authorized to use.

No promised government result

Purchasing preparation access does not reserve a government place or guarantee submission, review, approval or restoration. Federal relief does not automatically restore state or Tribal rights. A completeness score describes preparation progress, not the government’s likely decision.

Avery AI voice and preparation assistance

Clicking the Avery sphere starts an AI voice session with the provider identified in the assistant (Gemini or OpenAI), subject to your browser microphone permission. That provider processes your live audio, relevant saved packet details, recent account conversation history and permitted current preparation-form drafts to assist you. End the session or close Avery to stop the microphone. GFD does not save audio recordings; encrypted questions, answers and available text transcripts are saved under your user account for continuity and review. Uploaded file contents are not sent in voice sessions. Text review can share a document that you explicitly select. Passwords, payment details and hidden security fields are excluded from automatic page context. AI answers may be inaccurate; review important information against official sources. Payment and support

Digital performance begins when verified payment delivers access. All sales are final once access is delivered, except where required by law. We may dispute suspected fraudulent claims with supporting evidence and pursue remedies permitted by law. Contact support about billing errors or access problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
