GOVFILINGDIRECT
A few things worth knowing.
Are you part of the Department of Justice?
No. GovFilingDirect is a private preparation service. Official applications, decisions and fees belong to the government.
What does the preparation plan include?
One-time preparation Briefcase access, guided applicant and reference steps, a private document vault and readiness tools. You organize your paperwork and remain responsible for checking official dates and completing the government filing.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Registration signs you in, and your responses are saved as you work. Wait for the saved indicator, then sign in again to resume. Failed saves are shown on screen.
What does approved mean here?
Your answers meet our standard preparation-service requirements. It is not a decision by DOJ.
What happens if my assessment is not approved?
No payment is taken. You can review your result and retake the assessment after 48 hours. Optional program-update emails are separate from account messages.
Do I need an attorney to apply?
Our service is optional. An attorney may be useful for individual legal questions, extraordinary circumstances or separate state and Tribal restrictions. Our service was built based on DOJ requirements.
Will paying reserve a government position?
No. Follow the current DOJ process and retain your government submission confirmation.
Is my information public?
Your packet is not a public profile. Sensitive responses are encrypted and uploaded records are kept outside the public media library. Authorized support access is limited to providing the service.
What is the refund policy?
Digital performance begins when verified payment delivers access. All sales are final once access is delivered. We may dispute suspected fraudulent claims with supporting evidence and pursue remedies to the full extent of the law. Contact support about billing errors or access problems.
