GOVFILINGDIRECT / SERVICE INFORMATION
Your preparation information.
This notice describes information used by the GovFilingDirect preparation workspace. For privacy questions or an account-data request, contact support@govfilingdirect.com.
What you provide
We store your account username, email, password hash and optional phone number, the identity and case details you enter, assessment responses, reference contacts, uploaded records, messages and order history. Your draft is saved as you work. You do not need to publish a public profile.
How it is used
Information supports your service assessment, preparation checklist, document storage, assistance, payment access and support. Sensitive preparation answers and vault files are encrypted. Uploaded records are stored outside the public media library. Authorized administrators can access records as needed to operate and support the service. Technical logs and payment-consent records support security, troubleshooting and dispute handling.
Payments and optional AI
Checkout uses the payment providers displayed when you pay. Their payment processing is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Do not put payment-card details in your packet or support messages.
If you use the AI assistant, the provider identified in the assistant receives your question, entered preparation details and any document you choose for that response. The assistant does not silently connect to your personal email account. Review the provider’s privacy terms before sending sensitive records. AI answers can be incomplete or mistaken; review them against the official requirements.
Emails and choices
Account confirmations, assessment results and receipts are service messages. Preparation reminders and program-change emails use your optional update preference. Update emails include an unsubscribe link. Browser notification permission is separate and can be changed in your browser settings.
Page history and navigation
While you are signed in, GFD records the frontend pages you visit, visit counts and first/last visit times under your account ID. Page paths are encrypted; query strings, passwords and payment fields are not stored in this page ledger. We do not track other websites or WordPress administration pages. When you use Avery, relevant preparation-page visit history helps it understand where you are and which pages have not been visited since tracking began. A visit is not proof that a requirement is complete. Navigation suggestions require your confirmation before opening a permitted preparation page. Page history remains with your account until erased through an account-data request and is included in account-data exports.
Avery conversation history
When you start Avery, the named AI provider receives your question or live audio, relevant saved packet details, recent conversation history and permitted visible preparation-form drafts on the current page. Password, payment and hidden security fields are excluded from automatic page context. A document is shared only when you select it for text review. GFD saves encrypted questions, answers and available voice transcripts under your own user account so Avery can maintain continuity and review earlier answers. GFD does not save audio recordings. Voice transcripts can be incomplete or inaccurate, and a connection failure can prevent a transcript from being saved.
Keeping and removing information
Your account retains saved preparation information and assistant conversation history so you can return. Conversation history remains until removed through an account-data deletion request; short-lived processing jobs are separate. You can ask support to close your account or request access, correction or deletion. Corrections to assistant answers are recorded as new responses rather than silently changing previous answers. Some order, security and dispute records may need to remain for legal or operational reasons. Backups can retain older copies until their normal rotation.
